Billy "Butter" Joyce is TOP NOTCH! The catering that he offers through Surf Side Cuisine is extraordinary! We have used other caterers before discovering Surf Side Cuisine and we can honestly say we will never use another :) Billy is our guy for ALL of our catering needs. Billy and his team can do ANYTHING! He has provided excellent service and cuisine for a simple backyard BBQ, an intimate and elegant dinner for a few couples and can pull off dinner for large numbers without any complications. The food is creative and delicious. His menus are limitless. His staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. Billy is punctual, professional and "no" just isn't in his vocabulary. We always look forward to an event with Billy and his team and would recommend him without hesitation. THANKS BILLY!
